If you’re brand-new now, my mention is Alyssa and today I am so excited about this video because I am doing anotherone recipe six roads I guess you could say. We’ve done two of theseon the direct previously, a sword trimmed oatmeal one aswell as a chia pudding one and today we are doingsavory quinoa bowls. So, I am gonna register you how to make a quinoa bowl six different ways employing just simple cooked quinoa. So, you can basicallyjust cook a big batch and have it for all six members of these recipes. I’m too really excited to bepartnering up again in 2020 with my lovely friends at Bob’s Red Mill. I have been working with Bob’s Red Mill since virtually the verybeginning of my blogs, so at least six years I visualize. And they’re one of my favorite partners because I absolutelylove is not simply the brand and the company and thepeople that work there but too the products. So today we’re apply their white quinoa in these different containers, but they do have othervarieties that they are able to swap in and out if you wantedas well as other grains.So, they’re a great place to buy grains and beans and grains and heydays. So, check their website out for all of the different commodities and I’m sure that you couldprobably too find them in your regional food market. So, let’s talk about these recipes. I’m not gonna share rightnow the specific spices, but essentially my goal with this video was to show you how youcan dinner prep quinoa bowls for an entire week. Even though we have six recipes, mostly you just have tocook quinoa, like I said, and you can use one acting of quinoa with all of these different spices and I likewise tried to combinesome of the veggies so that they are able to kind ofchop different veggies and use them in a few different recipes so that it would kind of cutdown on the ingredient roll that is necessary and still give you different spices with each.So, I hope you guys enjoyand before we dive in, don’t forget to subscribeby clicking the red-faced button that’s right below this video and, as ever, all ofthe post’s report, recipes, everything likethat will be linked down in the description box for you. So, without further ado, let’s go ahead and dive in. All freedom, so we’re gonna firststart by cooking some quinoa and you guys probablyalready well known to do this, but you’re mostly justgonna compute your quinoa, again, I’m utilize Bob’s RedMill white quinoa now, into your sauce wash. And then you will add in your water and the quinoa to waterratio is one to two, so one role quinoa to two parts ocean. Bring that potpourrus to a evaporate. Then you’ll merely pa on a lid and you’ll tell this simmerand cook for about 15 minutes until the ocean has been absorbed and the quinoa is nice and fluffy.So, if you’re gonna makeall of these recipes, I recommend making abouttwo beakers of uncooked quinoa which will yield aboutsix goblets of regular quinoa and that should be enoughfor each of these recipes. And then you’ll too want to let this cool and kind of fluff beforeyou use it in your bowls. All right, so container number oneis our Mexican quinoa bowl. We’re gonna start by adding our quinoa in as well as some canned blackbeans, some corn, some salsa. I only put-upon a jarred salsa as well as some sliced avocado on top and some fresh cilantro.And then what I like to dois chop that avocado right up and then I provoke it all together and it’s my beautifullittle Mexican fiesta container. It is so good, so simple, you don’t even need a sauce. And this will definitely prevent for a marry eras in the fridge.( upbeat music) Recipe number two is our superfood bowl. We’re gonna start with our cooked quinoa. We’re also gonna addin some massaged kale. I simply massaged thiswith some lemon liquor. We’re gonna lent in some sliced radish for a little bit of crunch, some cooked sweet potatoes which you can meal prep ahead as well as some chopped up avocado. Sprinkle that with some chopped up almonds and I like to drizzle itwith my spicy lemon garmenting which I will relation below for you.And then you can finish itoff with some hemp seeds if you miss a little bit of protein. And you can just stir this all together and, just like the lastone, dig in and experience. And, again, this one shouldlast for a couple periods in the fridge as well.( optimistic music) Our third recipe is ourmediterranean quinoa bowl. We’re gonna start by addingour quinoa into our container. To that you’re gonna addin some canned chickpeas as well as some choppedup cherry tomatoes, some chopped up cucumber, chopped up olives, and some chopped up parsley. You could also supplemented in a little bit of red onion if you craved, but careful with onion wheeze.( chortles) And then you’re gonna drizzlethis with a tahini sauce. I am not giving you saucedirections in this video, so I will relate some sauceideas down below for you, but this is just one of myclassic tahini garments and I love to finish this off with simply a disperse of hemp seeds’ reason A, it looks prettyand B, it contributes a little bit of protein and then youcan stimulate it all together and dig in and enjoy.This one is just kind of likea classic Greek quinoa salad. Bright, flavorful, kind of tangy and really, really delicious.( upbeat music) Bowl number three is ourMoroccan quinoa bowl. This one we start with ourcooked quinoa in the bottom. You’re too gonna compute in some chickpeas that I simply tossed withsome inhaled paprika. We’re too gonna compute insome sliced up carrots, some chopped up pistachiosas well as a few dates that have been chopped up and then we’re alsogonna add in some herbs. I like to do a coalesce ofcilantro and parsley, but you can really do just cilantro or parsley if you demanded. And, again, finished yet offwith that tahini sauce. It’s the same sauce that I usedin the last one, but again, I can attach some down below for you and you can just finishthat with a scatter of the pistachios and you’re good to go.Again, I simply recommendstirring this all together so that everything isall nice and blended and the sauce gets allcombined on everything and it just gets all niceand mixed up and flavorful.( rosy music) Bowl number five is our pesto quinoa container. Again, we’re gonna startwith our quinoa on the bottom and then we’re gonna addin some chopped spinach. You had been able to use kale if you wanted, I just like spinach now. We’re gonna exploit some peas that I simply thawed, theywere just frozen peas and some pesto and you can use any pesto that wishes to, jarred, homemade.I have a vegan pesto that is so awesome. So, if you wanna establish homemade, I will relate that down below for you, it is seriously so good. And then I finish itoff with some hemp grains just for some extra protein. This one also would begreat with white beans or chickpeas if you wantedto volume it up even more. And I have to say I thinkthis one might be my favorite. I am time such a pesto buff. I am obsessed with pesto and Ijust think it preferences so good. So, I love to stir it all together and I like the sweetness of the peas, the herbiness of the pesto, the saltiness of the pesto. And then I affection, of course, going in some extra parks there. So, this one is probably myfavorite, if I had to pick one.And then our last one isour Asian quinoa bowl. We are gonna start with, again, our cooked quinoa in the base and to that we are gonnaadd in some sliced carrots just like we did with the moroccan one. We’re too gonna usesome sliced up clam as well as some tofu. You could use any type of tofu you craved. I actually use my coconut tofu tenders that I shared last week. I only chopped them up and used that, but “youre using” any type of tofuyou want or tempeh would work.And then we’re also gonnaadd in some cilantro for some herby flavor and finished yet off with my spicy almond butter garmenting which, of course, Iwill link below for you. And I likewise love to finish this off after I’ve sprinkled it withthe almond butter dressing with some chopped up almonds because it supplements a really nice crunch and you get a few extra health fats and a little bit of protein.So, I cherish computing nuts andseeds on top of my bowls. And just like the last ones, we are going to precisely concoction this all together to get the dressing nice and blended. Make sure that all theingredients are folded in there. It kind of turns into a salad and I just think it tastes really good when it’s all mingled in, but I guess mingling isoptional, it’s up to you. Either mode, these all sixare absolutely luscious.
